To position Finbots.AI as a credible challenger in the fintech space, we were engaged to address a critical brand gap: while the company had a revolutionary AI credit modelling system, it lacked a brand identity that conveyed authority, innovation, and global readiness. In appealing to sophisticated institutions, our holistic branding solution fused strategic design thinking with clear, compelling content and visual storytelling. This aligned Finbots’ pioneering technology with a confident brand presence—instilling trust among institutional clients and investors alike. This repositioning played a pivotal role in securing a significant investment from critical strategic investors behind the likes of Facebook and Slack.

A Strong, Versatile Symbol

The Square Byte symbol represents a data ‘bit’ or ‘byte’, reflecting the advanced AI expertise of Finbots.AI. It reflects how their solutions are each built from the byte up as a structured framework for innovation within any financial organisation.

The Square Byte also embodies the versatility of the brand. These are solutions that plugs right in and gets straight to work. The square’s perfectly balanced sides symbolises strength, reliability and empowerment of these technologies.

CreditX is the AI Model Builder Platform, empowering the future of Fintech.

We partnered with Finbots.AI to align CreditX with their broader business goals by first gaining a deep understanding of their vision for AI-driven financial innovation. Our team translated this into a unified brand voice that clearly communicates the value of CreditX to financial industry.

This vision reflects ambition—but ambition in fintech must be balanced with assurance. To this end, we developed a verbal tone and communication framework that embodied the core qualities of CreditX.
